The hot melt glue machine is very popular and has a wide range of applications.If you want to consist of a glue machine, mainly include 3 part, glue tank, glue hose and glue gun. Let us introduce this three parts as below.
Part 1: Hot melt glue tank
Our hot melt glue main machine have different glue tank capacity ,5L ,7L,10L(PLC new type and normal type) ,20L,30L,50L.you can according your need to choose.
Next, we will introduce the 5L glue tank as example.
Firstly, this is the cap of hot melt glue tank. From here, you can add the hot melt glue block for melting, usually it is no more than 3/4 of the glue tank capacity. Also you can add the hot melt glue when you are using the machine. It needs 30-40 minutes for heating the glue, then the hot melt glue will be melting completely. Please be careful, don’t overflow when you are adding the glue.
Secondly, you can see the Temperature controllers in the main panel, this first one is Temperature controller for Glue Tank. The second one is Temperature controller for glue hose. The third one is Temperature controller for hot melt glue gun. You can adjust the temperature of different parts by modified the temperature controllers respectively. It will be set a common used temperature, usually, it doesn’t need to be modified. But if you change the type of hot melt glue or make some changes, it can be modified according to the using situation.
Thirdly, these are the main switches of glue machine, this one is the Motor Speed Regulator, it includes two parts, the above Speed controller is used for modifying the Motor Level from Low level No.1 to High level No.9. Usually the Motor Power will be set between Level No.4 to No.5 for steadily pushing the glue. Also it can be modified according to the using situation. The under switch is motor speed switch. And, this switch is the whole switch of the hot melt glue machine, the Power switch.
The last one is the Air Hose Inserted connector, it is use for connecting the glue hose. Also you can check this side of glue machine, it has two hose connectors for connecting two hoses with two glue guns.The middle outlet is filter element, the machine doesn’t need to be cleaned within 6 months after received.
For the 10L glue machine,which is the new design with PLC controlled,simple and convenient operation.
Our hot melt glue machine have two types:motor type and air pump type,you can see the barometer on the machine of air pump type,according to the gun choose the machine type,air pump types neec connect with the air compressor.
Part 2: Hot melt glue hose
Our glue hose characteristic:
1,have fine flexibility , guard against the viscosity and the thermostatic.
2, have the fine insulation and homogeneous heat conduction , be able to bear the high temperature function;
3, adopt height mass heat insulator,ensure a throat this thermal insulation property.
And The glue hose has 3 output types, namely K type, PT100, and NI120. How are they different?First,the application temperature is different; second, the measurement principle is different;
Pt100 thermal resistance is the most commonly used temperature detector in the medium and low temperature area.
K-type thermocouple is the most commonly used temperature detector in medium and high temperature applications.
Ni120 is a nickel resistor, its resistance is proportional to the change of temperature.
Precautions for connecting hot melt glue machine and hot melt glue gun:
Connect the left plug in the picture to the outlet connection of the hot melt glue machine, and the right one is the aerial plug. Connect the aerial plug to the designated aerial plug connection.
When the machine needs to be connected to an air compressor, the hose has one more white hose than the normal configuration. This hose can adjust the amount of glue.
Part 3: Hot melt glue gun
manual type—hand gun
For hot melt glue hand gun, we have two normal type, one is spray nozzle and another is line nozzle.
Spray nozzle hand gun usually use for mattresses, wooden, box and etc. Spray gun need connect air compressor, on the spray nozzle, there are 6 holes for air and the middle hole is for glue. The glue size max is 80mm.
Line nozzle hand gun usually use for shoes making, led lights, Decorations, foam and etc.Line nozzle size can customized, such as 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and etc.
automatic type—Air-on air-off gun
Line type gun can add into hot melt glue system, can gluing automaticly according to the PLC control system. This gun can glue line type and dot type. The application can be gift box, book, and etc. And the dot quantity can customized according to your requirement, the min distance between two dots is 25mm.
Fiber glue gun is very popular in the market. Compared with slot gun, can save 60% glue, so it is very economy. The glue width can customized, such as 25mm 50mm 100mm 200mm and etc. The main application is diapers, sanitary napkins, changing pads.
Slot gun is similar to fiber gun, The glue width also can customized. If you buy a 300mm slot gun, you can change the glue width shorter than 300mm by cut the blade in the slot gun. So it is very convenient to change the glue width.
