1.conduct a preliminary safety inspection of the external structure and accessories of the hot melt glue machine.
2.Whether the hot melt glue machine is in a safe location or on a fixed platform?
If it is not stable, it must be re-installed and fixed.
If the rack is not strong enough, it must be reinforced to prevent tipping and collapse.
3.Whether the glue hose, plug and hot melt glue machine are properly connected?
4.Whether the surface of the glue hose is obviously damaged?
5.Whether the glue gun and plug is connected to the glue hose?
6.Whether the appearance of the glue gun is intact and the connection is right?
If it is found that the connector is damaged, or there is a problem with the silver needles, it must be repaired and replaced in time.
7.Whether the power supply and circuit match the hot melt glue machine before power on?
The power of the hot melt glue machine is single phase 220V
If the circuit switch doesn’t meet the set power of the machine, it will often trip, in serious cases, it will burn the line and damage the hot melt glue machine.
8.Open the main power, open the power switch of the hot melt glue machine;
9.Observe that the temperature control hot melt glue machine of the glue tank, hose, and gun is normal?
10.Whether each part is heating up? If there are unheated machine, you must check the cause in time, any questions kindly contact us.
In the production, if the glue can’t be heated normally,and the work is often delayed, please take carefully, because electric shock or fire may occur.
11.Reached operating temperature: Turn on the glue control switch
1) Gear pump: open governor switch (frequency converter)
2) Air pump: Turn on the air compressor
3)Then test the glue gun, adjust the proper amount of glue, and work normally.
The glue amount of gear pump glue machine adjusts by the frequency converter knob.
The air pump adjusts the pressure to achieve the desired glue amount.
Whether the amount of hot melt glue added to the glue tank is appropriate?
Before production, it is generally recommended that the glue tank is only added with 60 ~ 70% of the glue.
After the hot sol of the glue tank is completely dissolved, then add it to 90% of glue tank for production.
In this way, the operation will be smoother for the glue tank .
When the remaining amount of hot melt glue machine in the glue tank is 30 ~ 40%, it must be added, otherwise it will affect the subsequent sol speed, which will slow down the production.
why don’t advisable to add more than 90% of the glue in the glue tank?
On the other hand, the glue particles fall to the side of the machine glue tank . The glue particles will be semi-dissolved and stick to the surface of the glue machine when it is heated, It is difficult to clean up for a long time and the thickness is thicker, which affects the overall appearance. In addition, dust and debris are absorbed into the glue tank , which will damage the glue pump.
On the other hand, the melted hot-melt glue filled the barrel and the electronic components flowing into the electric control box burned the machine,more serious cases can cause fire!
