- Clean the top of the working melting tank
Use cleaning agent to clean the melt cylinder head
- Clean the outside of working equipment
Use detergent to clean the outside of the equipment
- Clean the working spray gun and the outside of the nozzle
Clean the nozzle part:
Use a lint-free cotton cloth to clean the nozzle
→ from outside
Clean the bottom of the equipment spray gun
Clean the nozzle
Check if there is flying wire
Shutdown (There are three ways to ensure that the heating is off)
- Timer
If using timer
→ Make sure the button is activated
Standby main control switch remains on = “standby state”
- Remote control
Host remote control:
→ No action required
- Manual control
Make sure the heating is off:
→ When the timer and remote control are not in use, turn off the device manually.
